Fall is here and that means we are making every drink a bit fancier, sweeter, and more festive. We’re hanging out with Clive Coffee to bring you some delicious specialty coffee drink recipes that are easy to make at home for the holiday season!
The Snickerdoodle Cookie Latte
Add the following to a 12oz latte cup:
- 1 tbsp of brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Double shot of espresso
- Stir, then add steamed milk
Salted Maple Latte
Add the following to a 12oz latte cup:
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Double shot of espresso
- Stir, then add steamed milk
Pumpkin Spice Latte
First, create the pumpkin spice syrup.
Add the following to a saucepan:
- 1 cup of water
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla
Bring to a light simmer for 2 minutes and whisk occasionally.
Remove from heat and add 1/4 cup pumpkin puree. Whisk until smooth.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer. Cool, cover, and refrigerate for up to one month.
When you’re ready for that PSL (the infamous Pumpkin Spice Latte)
- Add 2 tbsp of pumpkin spice syrup to a 12oz latte cup with a double shot of espresso.
- Stir, add steamed milk.
